While some may thing those demands are crazy, compared to some other celebs that seems pretty standard. Plus, keeping Brit happy to stick around (you know people will be watching to see if she acts crazy) will pay it back 10-fold!

So who was this girl?!

According to Justin, 18-year-old Cady Eimer, his “date” for the night, was a fan who asked him to her senior prom!

Justin said:

I couldn’t make it to prom so I said I need you to fly to the Billboard Awards and you can be my date. She’s a big fan and I thought it would be fun.

While it may seem scandalous, it didn’t appear to be a romantic evening ~ especially since Cady’s sister was with them.

So was Justin a perfect date?

He says he forgot to get her a corsage (like you would a prom date) but he paid for her and her sis to meet him in Vegas so I think she forgave him! Ha!

Cady tweeted:

Not gonna lie, I’m sad today’s over. it was so much fun.

No word how Selena felt about her boyfriend’s “date”.

Katy has reportedly broken up with new boyfriend, Robert Ackroyd! (Guitarist from Florence + the Machine)

An insider says:

It’s not a nasty thing and they are still talking, but Katy told him to do his thing and they’ll talk soon

Um yikes, that sounds like it’s along the same lines as, “It’s not you it’s me” – which really means it’s you! LOL

Katy and Robert were only together for a month, and hellloooo?! She just ended her marriage to Russell Brand (who claims he wanted to work things out after ending their marriage and Katy said no) – Robert was soo the rebound guy!

I think Katy should be solo for a while to get right (write it out girl!)

People Magazine was the only one to make an offer and reportedly bought the pics for a discounted price of $800,000!

To most people that seems like a lot of money for a picture, but when you compare it to other stars, Jess got the shaft!

Jennifer Lopez accepted her highest offer of $6 million for baby pics of her twins Max and Emmy. Matthew McConaughey’s highest offer for his son Levi, was $3 million. The highest was Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s twins Knox and Vivienne for a cool $11 million!

I’m sure Papa Joe Simpson was disappointed and the low ball, but People did come with the cash for a related topic – her weight loss!

People signed Jess to a multi-million dollar deal to have the exclusive on her weight loss with Weight Watchers (Weight Watchers is paying her $3 million to shed the baby weight with them) so both of those combined can buy some pretty blinged out things for baby Maxi and mama Jess!
