The study claims that taking regular selfies even eases stress.
Researchers at the Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences had students from the University of California, Irvine to participate.
Three groups were asked to take pictures of either daily selfies smiling, something that made them happy or pics of something that would make someone else happy.
All three groups had better moods but the group that took selfies of themselves every day also felt more confident and comfortable.
