OH MY GOD! Justin Timberlake Is Down To Collaborate With Ex Britney Spears!

We are crying rivers… of happiness.

Who said exes can’t be civil?

The world *stopped* when Britney Spears indicated that she’d love to collaborate with ex boyfriend Justin Timberlake.

Fans freaked out because well, Spears and Timberlake haven’t spoken since their emotional breakup in 2002, which inspired his hit single “Cry Me a River.”

But turns out, JT has no hard feelings for Brit.

In fact, he’s down to work with her too!

When E! News’ Marc Malkin brought up Britney’s comment during the Toronto International Film Festival premiere of his Netflix show Justin Timberlake + the Tennessee Kids, Justin responded, “She did? Sure! Absolutely, absolutely!”

“I have a 17 month old so I don’t get the headline news,” he further explained revealing that he had not heard the Spears wanted to collab with him.

“I apologize for not being in the know…I’m accessible, give us a call,” he said, clearly initiating the first move.

Now if you are a 90s baby like I am, this is HUGE news.

We know the ex-couple previously collabed on “What It’s Like to Be Me” from Britney’s third studio album titled Britney, but haven’t even spoken since the break up.

Britney and Justin were THE Hollywood couple and despite the fact that JT is now married with a kid and Britney is raising her two sons, I’ve always believed that they would get back together one day.

And if not…. at least we’ll finally get that song we’ve been waiting for. Maybe even a duet?
