Pokemon Go might have been the “it” thing in July but things seem to be changing.
According to research conducted by Axiom Capital Management, this past month, 15 million players have dropped from the augmented reality game.
When the game was at its peak, they have appx 45 million people playing.
Currently, there’s about 30 million.
Now, that isn’t to say the game isn’t still super popular, but it is an indication that maybe Pokemon isn’t here to stay.
So what could have driven people away?
Theories say some people played just to see what all the hype was about. Non-gamers are more likely to drop off than hardcore gamers.
Also possibly contributing to the decline, severe issues!
What about you, are you still playing?
