Posting about your workout is bound to get you a bunch of dislikes on Facebook… you might even be called the D word.
But did you know that it could also mean your a narcissist and suffer from psychological problems?
According to a study done by Brunel University researchers, people who post about their healthy meals and exercise (aka tagging themselves at the gym) are craving attention. (via Yahoo)
They’re void is filled when people like their posta, giving them the attention they wanted.
Also, people who post about their love life and romantic partners often have low self esteem.
