Now the story comes full circle. Why was Chris on probation in the first place? It was his punishment for his assault case in 2009 that involved beating up RiRi.

According to E!, they were also spotted hitting up a recording studio right after they left.

At this point, nothing has changed because of his attempt to defend himself today. His next scheduled hearing is April 5th.
