The American Music Awards show was quite the night for B96 Pepsi Jingle Bash act Justin Bieber! He got kiss by Jenny McCarthy, performed live with Nicki Minaj and beat out huge pop stars like Rihanna, Maroon 5, Katy Perry and Drake for the coveted Artist of the Year award.

Jenny McCarthy’s Bieber attack is the main thing that everyone is talking about. When it happened (look above) he said, “Wow. I feel violated right now.”

Justin’s sweetest moment of the night is when he brought his mom Patty Mallette onstage with him to accept the Artist of the Year award and said to her, “I wanted to thank you for always believing in me.” He also said, it’s “hard growing up with everyone watching me” and asked his fans to keep on believing in him.

When the Biebs won the Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist award, he shocked the audience by saying, “I want to say this is for all the haters who thought I was just here for one or two years. I feel like I’m going to be here for a very long time.” His third studio album Believe also won the Favorite Pop/Rock Album award.

When Justin performed live, he sang an acoustic version of “As Long As You Love Me,” then Nicki Minaj joined him onstage for “Beauty and a Beat” and even was grinding with him!
