People Magazine was the only offer to publish pics of Jessica Simpson’s new daughter Maxwell, so was the $850,000 worth it?

Even though it was considered a ridiculously LOW amount to get for celeb baby pics ~ they still ate the cost!

People’s average magazine sales are 1,300,000 per week, but the Jessica/Maxwell cover only sold 950,000 copies! That’s 350,000 below the norm! Yikes!

Jessica still got paid so it’s no loss to her, but why do you think it wasn’t a better seller? Or why were there no other offers?
