Hot on the heels of his breakup with Kylie Jenner, Australian singer Cody Simpson released a new song today. The electronic based track “So Listen” features T-Pain on guest vocals. With a heart-pounding drum beat, the song embodies a surplus of Auto-Tune alongside Simpson’s vocals.

“I’ve been trying to find the right words/But they always seem to hit the page wrong,” Simpson sings at the track’s start. “See you are my addiction and I need more than words to show you,” he continues.

T-Pain enters mid-track with a slow rap feature before the music picks back up the pace.

With Simpson’s debut album due for release this summer, “So Listen” is an introduction of what’s to come.

After a co-headlining tour with Greyson Chance last year, Simpson is gearing up for another tour. Simpson will be joining Big Time Rush for the Big Time Summer Tour beginning July 5 in Columbus, Ohio. Complete dates below.
