Chelsea Gill, a recent Indiana graduate, asked actor Jason Segel to go out for drinks over YouTube. She spontaneously wrote the song January 1st while watching “Forgetting Sarah Marshall.” Guess what?! He responded over Twitter and took her out in Chicago over the weekend. Segel took her for drinks at the Ritz Carlton Hotel along with her twin sister and then they accompanied the actor to Saturday’s Chicago Film Critic Awards.
