It all starts with Katy dressed as an old lady coming home to her old husband, and reflecting on the past. Suddenly she takes us back in time to when she was madly in love with “The One Who Got Away.”

You watch the love turn into anger, and then see the old lady version of Katy looking over a cliff, where she is visited by the ghost of her past lover.

The video premiered today on VEVO and Ellen, where she announced that she’ll be having a free show at L.A.’s Staples Center on November 23 called “Katy Perry Gives Thanks,” and she talked about starting a family of her own.
